Q: Where will you build?
A: We are currently building in Clark County and surrounding areas

Q: What type and size of home will you build?
A: We offer split level, daylight, Cape Cod , ranch and 2-story homes from 1,100 to 5,000 square feet. Custom additions are also available.
Q: What will be included in the price?
A: Our base price includes constructing the home on your improved site. The price does not include land, utilities, driveways, financing, sewer/septic, water, and additional options. Please refer to custom features for more details.
Q: Do I have to own a lot before I sign a contract?
A: No. You may sign a contingency contract while working to secure property. We are available to help you through this process.
Q: Does Pyramid Homes, Inc. buy the lot during construction?
A: Yes and no. You must own your lot throughout the process; however, we would consider this as an option if a down payment were received. We are acting as a building contractor during the building process. Land is often financed as part of the construction loan.
Q: Will you build from my house plans?
A: Yes! We also offer many floor plans and numerous additional options on our homes.
Q: Let's say I'm quite handy. Can I do any work on the home such as framing, wiring, or plumbing?
A: Due to county codes, warranty, and insurance, we would rather build our homes entirely, though this is often determined on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How long does it take to build a home?
A: The whole process from excavation to move-in typically takes 4 to 6 months.
Q: How will buyers finance a home?
A: Preferred financing is offered by CITYBANK Home Loan Center, or you may choose a lender of your choice. CITYBANK will be glad to provide a construction/permanent loan to finance your new home. Finance programs vary from 30-year fixed to various adjustable-rate programs. Rates can be locked in well in advance, or they can float in anticipation of better rates. Zero Down Financing, Bridge Loans and other specialized construction loan programs are also available.
Q: How do I choose my colors, flooring etc.?
A: Our experts will be glad to help you find the look you are aiming for. We are available to help guide you through the process of choosing the materials that will make your house a dream home.
